Database Administrator

Be responsible for the creation, maintenance, support and security of an organisation's database management systems and data.


Network Administrator

Install, configure, maintain and support an organisation's network environment. The role includes inventory documentation, resolution of network faults, network security and the allocation of server resources to ensure optimum network performance.


Network Engineer

Be responsible for the design, implementation, development and support of a computer network's hardware infrastructure. Network design requires a detailed knowledge of standards and protocols across different operating system environments.


Project Manager

Manage and oversee all facets of a project. Duties range from project scoping and costing to resourcing, development and implementation, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.


Software Developer/Programmer

Analyse and interpret specifications, technical designs and flow charts and build, maintain and modify the code of software applications.


Support Technician/Help Desk Operator

Support technicians troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. The role encompasses supporting desktop hardware, networks, software applications and upgrades, databases and other end user and desktop products.


System Administrator

Manage, maintain and support an organisation's various network servers. A system administrator is responsible for the maintenance of both hardware and software including network printers, tapes and disk drives and ensures system security and backup procedures are in place.


Web Designer/Administrator

Construct and manage websites.
